About The Role

Calvary North Adelaide Hospital is looking to employ General Services Assistants - Housekeeping, to join our friendly and supportive team. You will take pride in your work, have a friendly and positive work attitude and an interest to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction.

On the job orientation and training will be provided. The role involves significant initial and ongoing mandatory training requirements both online and face to face. The roles form part of a large team of Hospitality Services staff. The successful candidate will be available to work flexibly across a 7-day rotating roster, doing both AM and PM shifts

Your main duties will include:

Proving a high standard of cleaning services within the hospital;Preforming Infectious cleaning & Theatre cleaningPreform critical operations that aid the day to day running of a Metropolitan Hospital Operate in line with infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures.

Authority to Work in AustraliaWorking with Children checkExperience in aged care or hospital environment (desirable)Excellent time management skillsCommitment to service excellence.Strong communication and customer skillsAttention to detailWork well independently and within a teamFlexible to work in 7-day roster including weekendsAvailable for starts at 4.30am if required
