Customer Service (Office)/Data Entry

Ampelite Australia Pty Ltd is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Victorian team based in Dandenong South.

The Role:

Ampelite is seeking an experienced Customer Service (Office)/Data Entry Officer to join our already successful team in a permanent full time position.  Hours are varied between 7.30am - 5.00pm.

Key duties will include:

• Receiving inbound calls to take customer orders

• Liaising with customers regarding orders and deliveries

• Handling orders received via email and EDI

• Data entry of a high volume of customer orders

• Internal liaison with despatch, sales and finance staff

• Administration as required

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner

• Strong data entry speed and accuracy

• Experience in high volume data entry of customer orders

• High attention to detail

• Strong customer service focus

• Background in similar positions
