Roles and responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 support for IAM platforms including Ping AM (Access Management) and ForgeRock stack Monitor, triage, and resolve production issues related to authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle Investigate issues using monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relic Support Kubernetes-based deployments and containerized IAM workloads Assist with CI/CD pipelines using Codefresh and GitHub Actions Work with Incapsula (Imperva WAF) for traffic filtering, security rules, and troubleshooting Perform Java-based debugging and minor code enhancements Participate in incident management, RCA, and problem management Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with security best practices Support release deployments and environment stability across Dev/Test/Prod
