The Opportunity
We’re urgently looking for Community Support Workers living in Eastern Region ( Maroubra / Randwick/ Waverly)  In this rewarding role, you’ll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
• Assisting with transport, shopping, and outings
• Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting with domestic tasks and meal preparation

What You’ll Get

• Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
• Paid induction and continuous training
• Regular weekday roster (Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm)
• Minimum 3 days availability required

What We’re Looking For

• Caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)
• Community/aged care experience
• Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
• Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
