THE ROLE

As Quattro continues to expand, we are seeking applications to join our Projects Crew team within South Australia, with an anticipated start date of September 2026. Offering both full-time and casual opportunities, on a 14/7 roster, you will gain valuable experience across operational processes, paste products, reticulation systems, and the critical role backfill plays in modern mining operations.

Duties include but not limited to;

• Installation of Paste Reticulation and associated equipment.
• Operation of underground mobile plant including light vehicles, IT's and flatbed trucks.
• Paste Wall Construction
• Operation of Hand-Held Rock drills.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure proper operation and adherence to safety protocols.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions, promoting a culture of safety and accountability among team members.
• Working in various capacities both underground and on the surface.
• Other duties as directed by the Leading Hand or Paste Coordinator.

THE PERSON

• Experience underground or in a similar role is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a plant operating environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Current police clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Strong work ethic and punctual.
• Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Previous experience operating a Rock Drill or an Airleg Drill is an advantage.
• HR, IT& EWP tickets are highly desirable.
