What You’ll Be Doing

Ready to take ownership of an established territory and drive growth with one of Australia's leading trade and hardware businesses?

We're looking for a motivated Territory Manager to join our South Australian cabinet hardware team, managing a well-established customer base across cabinet makers, builders and trade customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit a strong territory, build long-term customer relationships and drive new business growth.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers across Adelaide North and Riverland
• Increase share of wallet and identify new opportunities within established accounts
• Win new business and convert competitor accounts
• Promote Lincoln Sentry's range of market-leading hardware and solutions
• Build strong customer relationships through regular face-to-face visits
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data within CRM systems

What We’re Looking for

• Experience in Territory Management, Account Management or Business Development
• A proven ability to build relationships and grow sales
• Strong self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
• A resilient, results-focused mindset with a genuine drive to succeed
• Experience within building products, trade, construction or related industries is advantageous, but not essential
