About the Role

We’re currently seeking motivated and reliable team members to join our Manufacturing Team across Brewing and Packaging.

These are full-time, hands-on positions working with modern automated equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Working within one of Australia’s most advanced beverage manufacturing facilities, you’ll play an important role in producing high-quality products safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Every day is different and you’ll work closely with experienced operators, team leaders and technical specialists who are committed to helping you learn and develop.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on the team you join, responsibilities may include:

• Operating and monitoring modern manufacturing equipment
• Maintaining high standards of product quality and food safety
• Completing equipment checks, cleaning and changeovers
• Identifying and resolving production issues
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture
• Maintaining accurate production records
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve production targets

Highly regarded but not essential

• Previous experience in brewing, beverage, food manufacturing or FMCG
• Machine operation experience
• Forklift Licence
• Mechanical aptitude or trade background
