Customer Support Specialist

THE ROLE 

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist in our Call Centre for 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday to Friday on a permanent full-time contract. 

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, this role will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service in line with the Call Centre performance standards.

 The key focus areas of the role include:

• Handling inbound customer calls and process customer orders in an accurate and efficient manner
• Investigating delivery inquiries
• Responding to customer queries
• Facilitating sales orders
• Maintaining call KPI’s within defined Call Centre standards
• Achieving all Individual objectives as directed
• Knowledge of Company’s products and services
• Undertaking additional customer/Call Centre /business activities as directed by the Team Leader
• Championing the Core Nisbets Values

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience working in a customer service environment
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of individual KPIs
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
