Experienced Commercial Cleaner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaner to join the CleanScope Group team in Adelaide, SA. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and reliable individual who takes pride in their work and wants to contribute to the success of a dynamic cleaning services company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform high-quality cleaning services for commercial clients

• Follow established cleaning protocols, procedures and scopes of work to ensure consistent, efficient and thorough cleaning

• Ensure all allocated areas are cleaned to the required company and client quality standards

• Safely use and maintain cleaning products, equipment and supplies

• Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the Cleaning Supervisor

• Maintain cleaning equipment in a clean, safe and serviceable condition

• Provide professional customer service and respond to client requests in a timely manner

• Report any issues, hazards, maintenance concerns or cleaning requirements to the Cleaning Supervisor

• Complete cleaning duties within the allocated timeframes and rostered hours

• Comply with all company policies, workplace health and safety requirements and environmental procedures

• Maintain company uniform and professional presentation standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning or a similar role

• Understanding of cleaning products, equipment, and cleaning techniques

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality service

• Ability to follow workplace procedures, cleaning scopes, and reasonable management instructions

• Commitment to workplace health and safety requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required

• Professional and respectful communication with clients, colleagues, and management

• Compliance with company uniform and presentation requirements

• Willingness to undertake site-specific training and follow all client and company requirements

• Current right to work in Australia
