About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Signage Fabricator to join our signage department. This full-time role is heavily focused on steel and aluminium welding, fabrication, acrylic work, and plays a critical part in the day-to-day flow of our production environment.

You will be hands-on with fabrication, assembly, and material handling, working on high-quality signage for national brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to build strong technical skills, learn from an experienced team, and contribute to a wide range of exciting projects.

About You:
We're far more interested in attitude than industry experience. You'll be a skilled, confident welder and fabricator who's organised, hands-on and comfortable working independently across multiple projects. A commercial mindset and a proactive, problem-solving approach matter more to us than ticking every box below.

You'll ideally have at least 3 years experience in one or more of the following:

• Steel and aluminium welding and fabrication

• Acrylic fabrication

• Signage fabrication

• Boilermaking, sheet metal work or a related trade

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, weld and assemble steel, aluminium and acrylic signage components, following technical drawings and production standards.

• Prepare and manage materials (metal, aluminium, acrylics, vinyl), including cutting, drilling and shaping

• Conduct quality checks throughout fabrication and resolve issues before they affect the finished product.

• Work closely with the print and design teams, keeping the Production Manager updated on progress and any delays.

• Follow workplace health and safety protocols, including consistent PPE use, and keep your work area clean and compliant.
