The 5-star hotel features 229 contemporary rooms and suites, Mobius Bar & Grill, and premium conference and events facilities designed for creative thinkers and modern business travellers. 

Our Head Chef Ben is currently seeking a passionate and reliable Part-Time Breakfast Chef / Cook / Commis Chef to join our culinary team and help deliver exceptional breakfast experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys early morning shifts and is looking to grow their culinary career within a supportive and dynamic kitchen environment.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and related outlets
• Ensure excellent food presentation standards
• Assist in the preparation and production of breakfast service
• Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained, serviced, and cleaned
• Report any maintenance or operational issues to the Head Chef or Executive Chef
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

• Availability to work 3–4 days per week
• Early morning availability with 5:00 AM starts
• Previous breakfast or kitchen experience preferred but not essential
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Ability to lead by example and maintain a strong safety culture
• Must hold valid Australian working rights
