Sales Representative

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Hardware Products 

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative who loves being "out on the road" to join our Hardware Sales Team.

THE OPPORTUNITY & TERRITORY

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to manage and expand our footprint.  This role services three distinct regions.

• Adelaide Metro: Maintaining relationships with established accounts and building new relationships 

• Regional South Australia:  Regular country travel to support regional community contractors and distributors 

• Northern Territory:  Manage, nurture and grow our relationships in the Outback

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit existing customers and find new business opportunities on the road

• Demonstrate hardware products and uses 

• Take orders and negotiate pricing

• Keep track of customer visits and sales data through CRM

• Attend Trade Shows and Industry Events

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• Proven experience in sales (hardware/construction) or experience "on the tools"

• Strong connection to the hardware, building and construction industries

• A people person with strong communication skills 

• A valid driver's licence 

• Willingness to travel regionally with regular overnight stays

• Self -motivated mindset with the ability to work autonomously on the road

• You will grow sales by building strong relationships and not have a "quick sale mentality'
