Total Loss Administration Officer

Purpose of the Role: 
To deliver excellent customer service across the Total Loss process, from assessment to salvage disposal, while ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements. Supporting Assessing Operations and stakeholders to meet customer service needs. 

Position Accountabilities: 

• Deliver excellent customer service across multi-channel operations (calls, documents, problem-solving)
• Regular handling of high value transactions, paying customers, finance companies & other suppliers
• Manage salvage lifecycle: timely release for sale, WOVR compliance, and data entry for accurate reporting
• Process and support claims through to finalisation, including salvage management
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legislative requirements 

Knowledge and Experience:

• Exceptional customer service and prioritisation skills
• Strong conflict resolution and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent interpretation of legislation and policy conditions
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Results-driven team player who adapts well to change and volume fluctuations
