Due to continued growth, this firm has an opportunity for a Lawyer or Solicitor to join the team in the Sydney CBD office.

Your new role

This role offers exposure to both front-end and back-end mortgage matters, from drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation through to managing settlements and post-completion requirements.

Key Responsibilities include;

Draft and review loan, mortgage and security documentation.Advise on lending structures, risk and transaction requirements.Manage property and mortgage settlements.Prepare contracts, settlement figures and completion documents.Liaise with clients, lenders, brokers and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regulatory and settlement requirements.Manage matters from instruction through to completion.

About You

Admitted lawyer with a current practising certificate or in the process ofPrevious experience in banking & finance, mortgage law, property transactions or conveyancing.Experience reviewing property, loan or security documentation.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.Confident communicating with clients, solicitors, lenders and other stakeholders
