CASPA SERVICES LTD – POSITION VACANCY – Clinical Lead – Far North NSW
ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a passionate leader with a strong commitment to supporting children, young people, and families? We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team and provide high-level clinical oversight, leadership, and support across our multidisciplinary department.
This role is being offered at part time, 3 to 4 days (hybrid work available) per week for 12 months.

Required Qualifications:
Registered Psychologist, Social Worker, Behavioural Specialist Counsellor, Psychotherapist, or Other Allied Health Professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with children and young people with trauma backgrounds. Membership with a nationally accredited association such as PACFA, ACA, AHPRA, AASW, APA, NDIS Commission

CASPA Services Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex trauma-based needs for children, young people, families, and people living with disabilities. Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care, Intensive Family Preservation, Therapeutic Foster Care, Restoration, and other associated care types, we are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business. As a growing and diversifying organisation, we have approximately 450+employees working in communities across New South Wales, Western Australia, Queensland, and the Northern Territory.
