About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused Dispensary Technician to support our pharmacists in the dispensing and compounding process. You'll be a key part of the dispensary team, helping keep our compounding pharmacy running smoothly — from prescription processing to stock control and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacist(s) in dispensing prescription medicines and compounded/practitioner items

• Assist with preparation, packing and labelling of compounded and manufactured products

• Process scripts accurately, following established procedures

• Provide dose administration aids, staged supply, and other compliance/support programs as required

• Maintain stock control — receiving, ordering and processing dispensary and compounding stock

• Serve customers with high-level service at the POS, handling transactions and enquiries

• Comply with WHS, security, and confidentiality requirements at all times

• Maintain a clean, well-presented dispensary and compounding area, following professional standards

About You

• Experience as a dispensary technician or assistant (compounding pharmacy experience a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and comfortable following precise procedures

• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly manner

• Reliable, honest, and a strong team player

• Comfortable with POS systems and dispensary software

• Interest in compounding pharmacy and personalised medicine highly regarded
