About the role
We are a family-run showerscreen installation business supplying and installing frameless, semi-frameless, sliding and fixed-panel shower screens across Melbourne and regional Victoria. We're looking for a reliable installer to join us on a subcontract basis — fixed price per job, work the days that suit you, and you're free to work with other installers or businesses too. No exclusivity, no pressure. As the business grows, there's a genuine path to a full-time role for the right person, if that's of interest.
Key responsibilities
Measuring, preparing and installing frameless, semi-frameless, sliding and fixed-panel shower screens
Reading job sheets and site measurements accurately
Fitting hardware — hinges, brackets, handles, seals and channels
Installing to a high standard, first time, with excellent silicone/finish work
Communicating directly and professionally with homeowners on-site
Keeping your work area clean and representing us well
About you
Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (or equivalent hands-on experience — 1–2 years minimum)
Your own vehicle (able to carry glass), tools, ABN and relevant insurances (public liability essential)
Current driver's licence and White Card
Someone who takes pride in a clean, precise finish — not just "good enough"
Reliable, honest, and easy to communicate with
Able to carry heavy loads
