Site Administration

Mendi Constructions is a well-established civil construction company with over 65 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects across North Queensland. Due to project requirements we are seeking a multi-skilled Site Administration Officer capable of assisting with site administration to join our project team in Townsville.  

About the Role:
As a Site Administrator, you will support the project team by managing site documentation, ensuring compliance, and assisting with reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organised individual who enjoys working in a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage site office documentation

• Ensure all quality documentation is completed and filed correctly

• Assist with drafting and reviewing site reports and compliance documents

• Support site processes, procedures, and project reporting

• Perform general administrative duties to support the project team

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of administration experience, preferably in civil construction

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
