With several high-profile apartment and mixed-use developments coming online, there is an opportunity to bring in either a strong Project Manager or an established Senior Project Manager.

The Role
You will join a capable, collaborative team managing projects from early design through to delivery, with a focus on apartment and mixed-use developments, alongside exposure to a broader sector mix.

• At the Project Manager level, you will take ownership of your projects with support from senior leaders, continuing to build your capability across the full lifecycle.
• At the Senior Project Manager level, you will lead projects with greater autonomy, serve as a key client point of contact, and support the development of junior team members.

Across both levels, you will work with accessible leaders who value input, trust their team, and operate with minimal hierarchy. Decisions are made efficiently, without layers or noise.

The Foundation for Success

• Proven project management experience within a PM consultancy environment in Australia
• Degree in property, construction, engineering, or architecture
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Calm, proactive approach with high attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering quality outcomes

For Senior Project Manager level:

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end with limited oversight
• Strong client management capability
• Interest in mentoring and guiding junior team members
