1.Provide an example of a complex child protection matter where you needed to engage with a range of stakeholders, such as schools, families, government agencies, or community services. What was your role, how did you coordinate the response, and what was the outcome.
2 .Tell us about a time you managed a complex child protection case involving multiple stakeholders where service gaps or non-engagement by individuals or agencies created challenges. How did you assess risk, engage reluctant participants, apply relevant legislation and policy, and advocate for the child's safety and wellbeing despite the barriers? What consultation pathways did you consider or use and what was the result?
