Crown Perth is seeking passionate and motivated Chef de Parties to lead our kitchens and help deliver exceptional dining experiences across our world-class food and beverage venues. You'll work alongside talented chefs in a fast-paced environment where quality, creativity and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

We have multiple opportunities available across our venues including:

• Buffet/Bulk Cooking
• Gril
• Casual Dinning
• Premium Dinning

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee and manage a designated section of the kitchen.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes to Crown's five-star standards.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements are consistently met.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising waste.
• Support and mentor junior chefs while contributing to a positive team culture.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and service readiness.

About You

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years' post-apprenticeship cooking experience.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations and stock control.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.
• 7 Day Availability is a requirement for our PT4 and Full Time roles
