Support Worker

Gratitude in Home Care is looking for caring and dependable Support Workers to support clients within Darwin area.

About the Role

You will work closely with clients in their homes and community, providing practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal care and daily living assistance
• Domestic support including cleaning and meal preparation
• Community access and transport assistance
• Companionship and social support
• Supporting clients with routines and independence

About You

• Previous experience in disability, aged care or home care
• Compassionate, reliable and respectful
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable approach to support work

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Police Check
• First Aid & CPR Certificates
• Working with Children Check
• Fully COVID-19 vaccinated
• Infection Prevention and Control Certificate
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Aged Care
