WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

·       Lead the finance function and partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team

·       Lead, mentor and develop a small finance team and because it’s a small team you will comfortable jumping in and helping out when needed.

·       Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term financial modelling and scenario analysis

·       Provide commercial insights and data-driven recommendations

·       Contribute to strategy development, growth analysis and business improvement initiatives

·       Drive finance transformation, automation and efficiency projects

·       Champion technology, data analytics and AI-enabled solutions

·       Maintain financial controls, governance frameworks and compliance activities

·       Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital

·       Oversee revenue integrity and billing accuracy

·       Manage relationships with external advisers and regulatory stakeholders

·       Identify risks and opportunities affecting organisational sustainability

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE

·       CA or CPA qualification

·       Minimum 10 years' senior finance leadership experience

·       Experience in mergers and acquisitions

·       Previous experience as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance or equivalent

·       Strong commercial acumen and strategic capability

·       Experience in transformation, automation and process improvement

·       Passion for technology, data and AI-driven business improvement

·       Aged care, disability or healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential
