About the Role:

As a Hairdresser at Groom & Style, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our clients' experiences by delivering top-tier styling services. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of transforming self-care into an invigorating and transformative ritual. You'll be part of a dynamic team, bringing the latest trends and techniques to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.

- Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.

- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.

- Upsell salon products and additional services to enhance client experience.

- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

- Manage appointment bookings and ensure timely service delivery.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creative brainstorming process.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits.

- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Groom & Style's reputation for excellence.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is passionate about hairdressing, possesses excellent communication skills, and is dedicated to delivering superior client satisfaction.

- Required skills and qualifications:

- Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification.

- Strong technical skills in color, cuts, and styling techniques.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Personal attributes:

- Creative and innovative mindset.

- Detail-oriented and highly motivated.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
