Yard Worker

Yard Worker – $35-37 per hour + Overtime opportunities | Spring Farm location

Hands-on outdoor work with great team culture and overtime available!

We’re looking for two reliable and hardworking Yard Workers to join our busy steel logistics operation. You’ll be part of a close-knit team responsible for unpacking containers, sorting loads, and keeping our yard running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

• Operating 5T and 10T forklifts to unload containers and move materials

• Sorting and preparing steel loads for dispatch

• Preparing load lists, inspecting loads, taking pictures of loads upon arrival and dispatch.

• Assisting with loading vehicles and safely strapping for delivery

• General yard duties and keeping work areas safe and tidy

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

What we’re looking for

• Current Forklift Licence (LF) - essential - do not apply without it.

• Experience operating 5T and/or 10T forklifts (preferred)

• Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or project based environment

• Good communication and a team-first attitude

• Reliability and commitment to safe work practices
