Refund Point Supervisor

As Refund Point Supervisor, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers sort their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Depot Manager by leading a small team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Sorting recyclable items into their correct categories
• Ensure customers are welcomed and assisted with their recycling products to inspire return customers
• Cash handling, ensuring the cash float is balanced daily
• Cleaning at all areas of the depot including manual handling tasks
• Ensure staff are adhering to all health and safety procedures and highlighting any hazards/faults/risks
• Continuously looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction
• Ensure that staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently.

About you:

• Previous experience leading a small or medium sized team
• Previous customer service, warehouse, hospitality, retail, or relevant industry experience would be highly desirable
• Moderate level of fitness required. The role requires active engagement with customers and the completion of manual handling tasks
• Basic computer skills competency and knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• You have a great 'can do' attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions
