About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to drive sales and help customers transition to renewable energy through tailored solar and battery solutions.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting consultations with potential customers to assess energy needs and recommend tailored solar and battery solutions
• Converting warm, quality leads into sales via phone consultations, in-home visits, and calls
• Educating clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar and battery storage
• Preparing and presenting detailed solar system proposals
• Working independently to achieve sales targets and maximise your earnings

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in solar sales, renewable energy, or a similar consultative sales role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach
• A self-motivated, results-driven attitude and the ability to manage your own schedule
• A current driver's licence
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads and sales (preferred)
