Registered/ Enrolled Nurse - Residential aged care

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our aged care team in Narrogin on a casual basis. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.

We are a long-established provider of both retirement living and residential aged care, and a not-for-profit organisation committed to delivering excellence and enhancing quality of life for those who live in our facility.

Our facility caters for up to 50 residents across two wings: ‘Karinya’ and our purpose-built Memory Support Unit, ‘Maxwell Wing’.

We have opportunities for casual roles, working a variety of shifts across morning, afternoon and nights.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic, person-centred clinical care in line with best practice standards

• Undertake assessments, care planning and evaluation

• Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Provide leadership and support to care staff

• Liaise with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams

• Deliver high-quality wound, continence and palliative care

About You

• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions

• Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain

• Current first aid/ CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• A genuine passion for aged care

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Valid working rights in Australia
