About the Role

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will help provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for members, guests and visitors.

Your duties may include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

• Taking food and beverage orders

• Bar and beverage service

• Serving meals and clearing tables

• Processing customer transactions

• Assisting with functions and events

• Setting up and packing down function areas

• Maintaining clean and presentable dining, bar and service areas

• Following responsible service and food safety requirements

• Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a positive and friendly attitude

• Is reliable, punctual and well presented

• Enjoys working as part of a team

• Can work efficiently in a busy environment

• Has strong communication and customer service skills

• Is available for a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings when required

• Has hospitality experience — preferred.

• Holds a current RSA or is willing to obtain one
