You Will Have

Previous experience in a sales focused customer service positionAbility to work effectively, individually and in a teamStrong communication skills and personable approach to help create special moments in our customer’s livesFlexible availability to meet our seven days roster requirements

You Will Be Responsible For

Connecting with our customers to help them find their unique piece of jewelleryWorking alongside other Team Members to maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandisingKeeping updated with product knowledge and policies and proceduresGenerating sales to meet sales targets and KPIs
