Senior Associate Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Personal Injury Solicitor with 10+ years’ experience in Queensland personal injury law to join our growing team.

This is a senior role offering significant autonomy, responsibility for your own files, and the opportunity to work across a diverse range of workers’ compensation and public liability matters, from straightforward claims through to complex litigation.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of personal injury matters from commencement through to resolution.

• Run matters independently, including compulsory conferences, mediations and trials.

• Conduct litigation and manage complex claims.

• Work closely with clients and counsel to achieve strong outcomes.

You will have:

• 10+ years’ experience in Queensland personal injury law.

• Current admission as a solicitor in Queensland.

• Strong experience in workers’ compensation and public liability claims.

• Proven litigation experience, including running matters through mediation, compulsory conference and trial.

• Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills.

• The ability to work autonomously and confidently manage a busy file load.

• $160,000–$220,000+ super, depending on experience.

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
