We're growing — and we're looking for a warm, organised go-getter to join our team at Winthrop Village Dental Centre as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist.

Set weekly days. Full training. Real growth.

At the front desk, you'll:

• Be the first friendly face our patients see

• Manage bookings and coordinate the day's schedule

• Handle phone and email enquiries

• Help educate and support patients through their journey

• Work closely with our clinical and management team

Chairside, you'll:

• Assist dentists during procedures

• Prepare and sterilise instruments to the highest infection control standards

• Keep treatment rooms stocked and running smoothly

• Help every patient feel calm, cared for and well looked after

You'll learn both sides of the practice — front-of-house and clinical — giving you a genuinely versatile skill set in a fast-paced, professional environment.

• A natural communicator who's confident on the phone and in person

• Well-presented, positive, and great with people

• Organised, detail-oriented, and quick to pick things up

• A team player who's keen to learn and grow

• Genuinely interested in healthcare and cosmetic dentistry

Prior dental reception or assisting experience is a plus, and a Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration is a bonus — but neither is required. We'll teach you the rest.
