About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced team member to join Anytime Fitness Woy Woy. You will be responsible for helping drive the key metrics of the business, ensuring the gym is maintained to the highest standards, and creating a welcoming environment for all members. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a passion for fitness, excellent leadership skills, sales skills and a fun personality. This is a big club with a lovely community vibe and we require the right person to take the reins and lead.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and outreach, call drives, appointments, tours and selling memberships

• Administration management

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member issues in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards, including cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance

• Member retention activities and member engagement

• Member challenges and member engagement

• Meeting KPIs

• Create a positive club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation

About you

• Proven experience working in a sales environment

• Highly professional in how you go about your role

• Strong work ethic

• Outgoing and energetic personality

• Targets and results driven individual with a passion for business performance

• Highly competent computer skills

• Proven sales experience

• Excellent customer service skills

• Passion for fitness and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive gym culture

• Excellent communication skills

• First Aid and Working with Children check

• Must live on the Central Coast and have a driver licence

• Available for flexible hours but mainly Tuesday - Thursday 2.30-7pm, Friday 2-5pm, Saturday 10-1pm
