Your place is on the showroom floor, not behind a desk.

From the moment the doors open, you'll be leading by example. Coaching your Sales Consultants, supporting negotiations, celebrating wins and keeping the energy high across the department. 

You'll spend your day alongside your team, helping them turn enquiries into deliveries while ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding buying experience.

Working closely with the General Sales Manager and broader leadership team, you'll drive the performance of the department, identify opportunities for growth and continue building on Airport Toyota's reputation for exceptional customer service and sales success.

You know how to balance people, performance and process, adapting your leadership style to get the best out of your team

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll have previous sales management experience within a franchised automotive dealership, either as a New Vehicle Sales Manager, an Assistant Sales Manager or an ambitious Senior Sales Consultant who's ready to take the next step into management.

A current and valid Driver's Licence is essential.
