About the RoleWorking across schemes including WorkCover Queensland, DVA, DVA WASP, Comcare and ORAMS, you'll deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services including:Complex physical and psychological case managementReturn to Work planning and rehabilitation programsWorkplace and vocational assessmentsStakeholder liaison with workers, employers, insurers and treating practitionersEvidence-based recommendations that achieve sustainable RTW outcomes
About YouOccupational rehabilitation experience is essential.We're looking for someone with:✔ Qualification as a Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist✔ Minimum 3 year of occupational rehabilitation experience✔ Minimum 1 year managing physical and psychological rehabilitation cases✔ Minimum 1 year managing first responders or veterans ✔ Comcare accreditation✔ Mental health first aid certificate ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills✔ Strong report writing and clinical reasoning abilities✔ Ability to work independently✔ Current QLD Driver License and availability for face-to-face assessments
