We’re on the lookout for a Manager to manage our charming 95-room 3 star Hotel located in Cairns City NSW!

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management with a warm and a welcoming attitude

• Overseeing housekeeping schedules, room checks

• Handle on-call duties outside of regular business hours.

• Assist and supervise housekeeping staff

• Manage property maintenance as they arise

• Ensure safety compliance

• Provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, suppliers, and Management.

• Ability to follow company procedures.

• Utilize computer and MS Office skills

• Staying motivated to exceed sales targets and work within the budget.

• Prior motel or business management experience required

• Strong leadership and attention to detail

• Ability to address maintenance issues, staffing shortages, and renovations as they arise.

• Current police check needed

• Must relocate to Cairns, NSW

• Must have work authorization in Australia.
