Store Manager

About the Role

Bridgestone is looking for a Store Manager to join our Retail Operations team at Eastern Creek, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and commercial outcomes.
• Drive sales growth, maximise conversion opportunities, and achieve store sales, profit and budget targets.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including stock control, merchandising, security, and operational compliance.
• Build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support local sales and marketing initiatives.
• Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement in line with Bridgestone's Perfect Safety vision and E8 Commitment.

About You

You're a customer-focused and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail and commercial environment. You'll be an effective communicator, a skilled people manager, and someone who leads by example.

Additionally, you'll have:

• Demonstrated experience in sales and business performance management.
• Experience leading, coaching and motivating teams to achieve strong results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•  An understanding of operational, stock control and workplace safety requirements
• Certificate II in Tyre Fitting (desirable).
• Certificate IV in Front Line Management (desirable).
