About the role

Murray Bridge Toyota is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring every vehicle leaving our dealership meets the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles to showcase their best appearance, whether for new stock, pre-owned inventory or customer vehicles. Your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to excellence will directly impact customer satisfaction and the reputation of our multi-award winning dealership. .

What you'll be doing

• Perform comprehensive exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles using professional-grade equipment and techniques

• Polish, wax and protect vehicle paintwork to achieve a showroom-quality finish

• Detail wheel and tyre cleaning, including restoration and protection

• Remove contaminants, tar, tree sap and other debris from vehicle surfaces

• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues requiring attention

• Ensure all work is completed efficiently whilst maintaining consistent quality standards

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet vehicle preparation timelines

What we're looking for

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes

• Physical fitness and ability to work for extended periods on feet, bending and reaching

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple vehicles

• Basic understanding of vehicle care and maintenance

• Valid driver's licence and ability to move vehicles safely on site

• Familiarity with professional detailing standards and best practices

• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with industry developments
