About this Role
We are keen to find an exceptional Senior Associate Professional Learning and to backfill for twelve months while the incumbent is on parental leave.
This role works in close partnership with the Director of Professional Learning to ensure the effective coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of professional learning initiatives, programs, and events across the School. Key to this position is the ability to manage end-to-end programs and events, support teacher accreditation and compliance requirements, and ensure the effective administration of key systems and processes including Professional Development Reviews (PDR) and professional learning records.

What You Will Do
Provide high-level executive support to the Director of Professional Learning including calendar invites, meetingcoordination, and the preparation of presentations, data summaries, and impact reportsLead the end-to-end delivery of Professional Learning events including conferences and staff daysDevelop and maintain positive professional relationships with key external stakeholders, including Independent SchoolsNSW (ISNSW) tertiary providers, and training organisationsManage external Professional Learning bookings and maintain staff Professional Learning recordsManage Teacher Accreditation administration and record keepingCoordinate administration processes for the supervision of Professional Experience practicum placementsManage the PDR process including communications and remindersManage Professional Learning visual assets and promotional materialsCreate user-friendly guides, videos, and instructional resources to support professional developmentDeliver internal training and capability-building sessions as requiredMonthly credit card reconciliation and invoice payments
What You Will Bring
Highly developed organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders todeliver high-quality outcomes within deadlinesExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well with members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), colleagues and visitorsAbility to work both within a small high-trust team, and independently as requiredProven experience delivering professional executive and administrative support servicesAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism and confidentialityStrong written / verbal communication skills, and ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, and engaging professional learning contentDemonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and implement solutionsProven digital capability including proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work with data and systems and use information to present information and inform decisionsExperience in budget tracking and financial administrationA valid Working with Children Clearance (WWCC).
Experience in a school setting, familiarity with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Teacher Accreditation process, experience organising large scale events, and skills in creating newsletters and intranet content would all be well regarded.
