About the Role

As a Trainee New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the vehicle sales process while working alongside experienced mentors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey.

• Learning to conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.

• Following up showroom, phone and online enquiries.

• Building strong customer relationships through outstanding service.

• Working with our Business Manager and Aftermarket Consultant to deliver complete ownership solutions.

• Learning dealership systems, sales processes and product knowledge.

• Developing the skills to achieve sales targets and build a successful career.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• A genuine interest in cars and helping customers.

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales (preferred but not essential).

• A willingness to learn and be coached.

• A current Australian driver's licence.

• Availability to work weekends.
