About the role

Whether you're a Registered Nurse looking to grow your career or an experienced Clinical Nurse ready to apply your advanced expertise, you'll play an important role in delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll provide high-quality nursing care across a variety of clinical settings, with Clinical Nurses also contributing specialist skills in PICC insertion, difficult intravenous access and mentoring less experienced staff.

About You

We're looking for compassionate and motivated nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment. Whether you're an early career Registered Nurse or an experienced Clinical Nurse, you'll bring the skills, professionalism and dedication to make a positive impact.

• Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, work autonomously and provide person-centred care.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in nursing practice, with Clinical Nurses bringing at least three years' post-registration experience, leadership capability and current accreditation in intravenous cannulation and PICC line management.
• Sound knowledge of contemporary nursing practice, relevant legislation, professional standards and quality improvement principles, with a commitment to continuous learning and safe, high-quality care.
