Summer Intern Program: Business Banking Relationship Management (Nov 2026)

Your ability to analyse data, information, and comfort working with numbers and trends will allow you to connect the dots to find customers the best solutions.

Commercial Banking (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth & Adelaide), Small Business Banking (Sydney), Major Client Group (Sydney)

You’ll have a direct impact on our customers and the community working directly to support our business clients across Australia, providing them with financial solutions to bring their visions to life – everything from start-ups to listed companies.

You’ll develop your skills in credit analysis, financial modelling, interpretation of customer’s financial information, and managing the end-to-end lending process.

• Someone who has excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to succeed
• Passionate about building meaningful relationships with our customers

You may have a background in quantitative degrees such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, and Mathematics or studied subjects aligned to these disciplines.

• A Permanent Resident of Australia (please note, this does not include bridging visas while awaiting permanent residency or 820 visa holders), or Citizen of Australia or New Zealand at the time of your application
• In your penultimate (second last) year of university study
• Achieving a minimum credit average across your degree
• Living in or willing to relocate to the locations listed above for the program at your own expense
