Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator

Beauty Brand | Bondi Junction, Sydney | Full-Time, Office-Based Only.

About the Role

As our in-house Social Media Manager, you’ll take ownership of the beauty brand’s social channels, content and community growth.

From product launches and influencer partnerships to Reels, TikToks and paid ad creative, you’ll play a key role in growing our digital presence and driving both brand awareness and sales.

This is a full-time, office-based only role in Bondi Junction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the beauty brand’s social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.

• Plan and manage a strong content calendar around launches, promotions, trends and campaigns.

• Shoot, design and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, tutorials, UGC-style content, graphics and banners.

• Create content and , with Adobe, Canva experience highly regarded.

• Write engaging captions, product launch copy and campaign messaging.

• Coordinate influencer partnerships, gifting, UGC, giveaways and PR activations.

• Engage daily with our community, including salons, artists, creators and customers.

• Monitor social performance, competitors and trends and continually identify new growth opportunities.

• Work closely with our paid advertising team to develop Meta ad creative, understand what is converting and create more content around winning concepts.

• Have a good understanding of Meta Ads, ROAS, CPA/CAC and paid social performance.

• Create Klaviyo email campaigns and ensure social, blogs and email marketing work together.

Who You Are

• 3+ years’ experience in social media and content creation, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Facebook and current social trends.

• Confident shooting and editing short-form video content.

• Skilled in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; Figma experience is highly regarded.

• Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.

• Understanding of social media AI platforms, and how they can assist you in your role.

• Good understanding of Meta paid advertising and what makes creative convert.

• Strong copywriting and visual design skills.

• Creative, proactive, highly organised and able to move quickly.

• Most importantly, you understand that great social media should grow the brand, build community and drive sales.
