Brand Manager

Role: Brand Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Macquaire Park

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Brand Manager to join our team. You will bring experience within the pharmaceutical industry and be able to quickly integrate into the team and work independently. The role will focus on launch readiness, promotional execution, agency management, internal approval processes, customer engagement activities, and broader operational marketing support. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help deliver key marketing initiatives and support business priorities in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand plans aligned with business objectives.
• Support strategic and operational planning across brands and portfolios.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and business performance to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives and business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage agency partners and support the delivery of promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate internal review and approval processes to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio management activities.
• Assist with product launches and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Communicate brand strategy and key initiatives effectively across the organisation.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in Brand Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Sound business and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within complex organisational environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority.
• Commitment to working within compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
