About the role
We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing business on a part-time basis. The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping operations for a dynamic, progressive company specialising in providing total solutions for the Concrete Grinding and Polishing industry.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
Accounts payable and receivable processing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
General financial administration and month-end support
About you
Currently studying towards (minimum) a Certificate III in Bookkeeping, or holding an equivalent qualification
Some prior bookkeeping or accounts experience preferred
Experience with Xero required; NetSuite experience highly regarded (training can be provided)
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and a reliable, self-motivated work ethic
Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
