Luxury Client Experience Coordinator

The Role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and service-driven coordinator to support our Concierge and Client Experience teams.
Working across both our Private Membership and Corporate Concierge divisions, you’ll help deliver exceptional experiences, manage premium client requests and support the delivery of luxury events and guest programmes.

What you'll do
Coordinate concierge requests, travel and luxury experiencesSupport VIP guest management and premium eventsBuild relationships with leading hotels, restaurants, venues and suppliersResearch, source and deliver bespoke client solutionsPrepare client proposals, itineraries and presentationsMaintain CRM systems and support reportingHelp deliver an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
About you

Experience in luxury hospitality, travel, events, concierge or premium customer service is an advantage.
