How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Support Patients: Be a warm, reassuring voice on the phone for patients ordering medical equipment and sleep therapy solutions.

• Solve Real Problems: Listen to patient needs and collaborate with our medical teams to make sure everyone gets the care they deserve.

• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Handle general admin, order entries, and patient updates with care and detail.

What We’re Looking For:

• Heart & Empathy: A strong desire to support people and make a positive difference in their health journey.

• Great Communication: Clear, patient, and friendly over the phone.

• Experience: Previous office, customer service, or healthcare admin experience is a bonus, but your mindset and attitude are what matter most.
