Senior Full Stack Software Developer

The Senior Full Stack Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying and supporting enterprise-grade software applications while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the organisation's technology platform. The role provides technical expertise across the software development lifecycle, delivers high-quality, scalable and secure solutions, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. As a senior member of the engineering team, this role shares knowledge, supports other developers and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

· Design, develop, test, deploy and support enterprise full-stack software applications.· Develop scalable, secure and maintainable software solutions using modern engineering practices.· Contribute to solution design and provide technical input for new features and enhancements.· Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions.· Participate in implementation planning and technical estimation for development initiatives.· Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and coding best practices.· Support and mentor less experienced developers through knowledge sharing and collaboration.· Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.· Identify and resolve software defects, performance issues and technical challenges.· Contribute to reducing technical debt and continuous platform improvement.· Assist with investigation and resolution of production incidents.· Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives.· Participate in the team's on-call support roster.· Promote secure coding practices, CI/CD automation and software quality.
