About the Role

We are looking for experience Pathology Collector to service Townsville and surrounding areas. Casual and Permanent part-time positions available.

Your duties will be to take blood and other specimens form patients including performing ECG's and Holter monitors.

Skills and Experience

Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method

·         Collection of blood and other samples from patients          

·         Experience in ECGs ABP and Holter monitors

·         Processing of Pathology Specimens 

·         Ability to work alone and as part of a busy team

·         Clerical duties and Process paperwork  

·         Current QLD driver license 

·         Ability to communicate with the team, referring Doctors

·         Ability to provide dedication to patient care and service delivery 

·         Ability to demonstrate organization and problem-solving skills 

·         Ability to priorities and work under pressure 

·         Basic computer skills 

·         Comply with Work Health and Safety
