eCommerce Marketing Manager

Are you an experienced marketer and ecommerce whiz looking for your next challenge? Ghanda is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to take ownership of our ecommerce and marketing platforms and lead the strategy and execution behind our campaigns. This is an office-based role, working out of our Head Office in South Geelong.

In this role you will lead a small team to deliver creative, data driven marketing across email, SMS, paid advertising, social, print and promotions. You will work across our ambassador and sponsorship programme, be part of our activations and events team, and work closely with agencies and platform partners to keep our marketing technology and strategy moving forward.

What you will be doing

• Leading creative and content across marketing and ecommerce channels

• Managing retention marketing including email and SMS campaigns and automation

• Planning and executing promotions, discounts and sales activity

• Managing paid advertising across Google, Meta and TikTok

• Overseeing print marketing and collateral projects

• Managing our ambassador and sponsorship programme

• Planning and delivering activations and events across our retail network

• Reporting on performance and recommending improvements

• Reviewing and managing our marketing technology platforms

What we are looking for

• A marketer with hands-on experience across ecommerce and digital channels

• Confidence managing email and SMS platforms (e.g. Attentive, DotDigital or similar) and paid advertising campaigns 

• An ability to segment the customer database to support Marketing Campaigns

• Strong copywriting and briefing skills

• Experience managing ambassador and partnership relationships

• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager

• A data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills, backed by working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools

• Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects, supported by familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana or similar)

• Experience leading or mentoring a small team

• A collaborative, proactive approach

• Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent industry experience

• 3-5 years' experience in a digital marketing, ecommerce or CRM focused role

• Retail or fashion industry experience highly regarded

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related is not a necessity but will be highly regarded.
